We’re here in beautiful Perdido Key, FL getting some R & R after a busy spring. It’s the first time since the week before Katrina that the four of us (me, Melanie, Jourdan & Meghan) have been on vacation together.
We’ve got the beach arrangements set up and have had our first beach excursion. After lunch, we ventured out to the grocery store to get supplies for the week.
My most excellent brother-in-law, David brought two ice chests of crawfish from Baton Rouge last night. We ate ourselves silly. The one thing I miss in Northern Virginia is crawfish. Thanks, Dave, you’re the best.
I’ve got a little bit of time this week, so I’ll be playing with the blog a bit, so stay tuned.
